Resistencia de la unión eje/cubo mediante un modelo por elementos finitos
Resumen
The present work describes a finite element model of a shaft/hub joint with an interference fit of Ø20H7/s6; which aims to evaluate and analyze the axial strength of the joint according to the surface roughness of the parts in contact. This surface roughness is a function of the normal contact stiffness. First the model was validated with the thick-walled cylinder equations. Then it was evaluated and analyzed with the normal contact stiffness. The model was made with a software of finite element. The results obtained show that the surface roughness contributes to the reduction of the load capacity of this type of joints.
