The provision of airport services to its main customers, the airlines, has become a real challenge, due to customer demands and the versatility of the aviation industry, seeking to attend to air operations in a safe, orderly and expeditious manner. This research has been developed with the objetive of optimizing the current conditions of the commercial platform of a regional air-port, based on operational growth and the statistical trend seeks to imprive the distribution of spaces, creating a remote hybrid position that contributes and favors the flow of operations; taking as a guideline what is established by the regulatory framework of our country, granted by the Federal Civil Aviation Agency AFAC and supported by the dynamic simulation of discrete events, based on the methodological framework proposed for the development of the investigation that established three phases and continuous in search of the objetive.
