Resumen
In a highly complex and competitive globalized environment, there are multiple factors to consider in order to establish: principles, objectives and strategies that influence the organizational culture in innovation management with emphasis on I4.0. According to the literature reviewed, 99 factors were identified, analyzed comparatively, through Combinative Distance Assessment (CODAS) and Fuzzy-Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS). The reduction of factors is obtained and reinforced by the organization, establishing organizational management policies focused on innovation and discarding non-relevant factors, when assigning resources, being a tool for decision making.
