Mogging occurs in a variety of circumstances, and it is frequently perpetuated by coworkers and/or employers. Even when harassed or mobbed, many employees seem to minimize their effects, based on the belief that they should come off well with those in power. Mobbing effects are not just psychological which conceal brain changes in areas like the limbic system, neurotransmitters, but also the immune system.
