An analysis of the intersection of migration, health, and homelessness through a gendered analysis. Building on extensive fieldwork and interviews with migrant women experiencing homelessness in the El Paso (EUA) y Ciudad Juarez (México), they expose how the lived experiences of migrant women experiencing homelessness lead to specific trauma and health needs. At the same time, the chapter presents how border cities, although geographically close, can experience challenges differently.
